Kat is a Striking Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with over a decade of experience. Originally from Queensland, she relocated to Jervis Bay at the beginning of 2025, where she now offers integrated movement and breathwork services to the local community.
A 2019, Muay Thai Australian National Champion and 2024 People's Choice Business Award Winner, she blends Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and Breathwork to deliver transformative sessions, helping people train hard, stay grounded and develop resilience, self trust, and confidence.
Her sessions meet every person where they're at - from beginners to those refining their skills - creating a safe, empowering space to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Muay Thai + Dutch Kickboxing Classes

Train in a hybrid of Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing that builds power, presence, and balance. Combining technical striking with breathwork and mind-body awareness, these sessions help you develop skill, focus, and ease in your body.

Our kids’ classes are fun, dynamic, and empowering! Through age-appropriate Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing fundamentals, paired with mind-body connection, your child will develop strength, coordination, focus, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Every session blends playful movement, skill-building, and positive encouragement, helping kids grow physically and emotionally. They’ll learn discipline, resilience, and teamwork while celebrating effort, progress, and the joy of movement.

Breathwork & Somatic Healing
Nervous System Awareness
Experience deep, grounded breathwork designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stored tension, and access your own inner healing. Using the SPIRITUS Breathwork method, I guide you through intentional, rhythmic breathing that allows you to explore sensations in your body, release unresolved emotional patterns, and cultivate presence, resilience, and self-awareness.
Each session creates a safe, sacred space where you can reconnect with your body and emotions, honor your inner experiences, and complete cycles of tension or trauma that may have been held in your nervous system. Breathwork offers a powerful opportunity to feel, release, and integrate, leaving you more embodied, regulated, and connected to your true self.

Women's Workshops
Step Into Your Power
Step into your power and discover your voice in a supportive, empowering environment. Running since 2020, these workshops combine basic striking and practical self-defence techniques with nervous system regulation, helping you feel confident, capable, and grounded.
More than just movement, these sessions focus on building self-trust, personal boundaries, and inner strength, while cultivating sisterhood and connection with other women. You’ll leave with tools to protect yourself physically, assert yourself with clarity, and move through life with greater confidence and presence.
